Remove rangehood filter and wash in warm soapy water or by dishwasher. Wipe down external surface of rangehood.

Clean inside oven, grill racks, trays. Oven door and viewing glass to be cleaned, hinges and area between oven and benchtop to be cleaned.

Stovetop to be wiped cleaned, hotplates to be free of grease#

Clean and wipe pantry shelves and cupboards doors.

Dishwasher extrnal surfaces to be cleaned. Internal surfaces to be cleaned, cutlery basket free of residue, filter remove and clean.

Drawers to be cleaned.

Top of cupboards to be cleaned.

Vents and light fittings to be cleaned.

All floors to be vacuumed and mopped.
Bedrooms

Floors/carpets to be vacuumed and steam cleaned and/or mopped

Wardrobe shelves, skirting & walls to be wiped and cleaned.

Clean aircon vents/air con unit, air con remote and/or control panel.

Patching up any indentations or any damages to the walls.

Replacement of any light bulbs including rangehood.

Carpark area - Removal of rubbish and cleaning carparks are the responsibility of the tenant.

Cleaning of any bedding and linen.

* Obvious scuff marks will be removed with 1 x 30cmx6cmx6cm"white eraser". Additional costs will apply if additional blocks are required.
Wall washing with a light Tricleanium solution is an extra $10/wall.
** Removal of hard water stains, calcium build up, mold in silicone seal and grout may vary depending on severity.
# Removal of burn/heat marks and burnt on grease may vary depending on severity.
## We do not wash bedding, towels and sheets. Shampooing upholstery results will vary. Long term stains may not be able to be removed.
^ Spot clean curtains and blinds only. We do not removal any blinds and curtains.
^^ Clients have the option to include our carpet steam cleaning service or select their own provider. If choosing an external provider, clients are responsible for granting them access to the property.
^^^ An additional fee of $100 will be charged for excessively dirty kitchen utensils (defined as more than one standard dishwasher load).
